When Antonia Lindsay started arriving at my
door with hot spiced tea every Wednesday and Saturday morning
seven years ago, little did I know that it was the beginning
of a whole new cycle of taking care of myself.

Not only do I still walk, I practice
hatha yoga and have a regular exercise routine that is integrated
into my daily life. Her program is unique in its compassionate,
caring approach to helping woman in transition find the next
steps for a productive, happy healthy life.
Antonia is a burst of fresh air, a bubble
of energy - yet full of the most compassionate and insightful
view of our world. Walking and talking it out with her has
revitalized me, has allowed me to renew my commitments to
myself and helped me to see where I may be blocking life’s
natural flow and causing myself a lot of pain.
Compassion – Antonia knows compassion –
it is so important that we have compassion for ourselves.
Women, especially, are so good at taking care of others –
but Antonia has encouraged me to offer that same love and
care to myself – what a gift!
I look forward to these opportunities to
get out in fresh air (sometimes a nudge out the door is a
good thing!) and to take the time to reflect on what is working
and what I can do to improve the quality of my life.
